A brief History of ARQ
In late 1999, a talented building designer and her husband, Yael and Selwyn Kurlansky, set out to fill a gap in Perth's luxury furniture market.
Fuelled by their passion for design and manufacturing and a desperate need for access to custom made furniture in Perth, the Kurlansky's formed ARQ Furniture to design and supply a range of contemporary built-in and movable furniture.
Today, ARQ's design philosophy is based on the same principles it was when first launched in 1999 - functionality and simplicity. The designs incorporate intelligent features that enhance each client's quality of life, whilst luxurious textures and materials are used to create a warm yet sophisticated interior.
Over the past 10 years, ARQ has supplied custom made furniture to a number of high profile and award winning homes all over Western Australia and continues to develop its portfolio of interior work on exciting projects.
